Vision Care Ophthalmology exists today thanks to the generational leadership of Dr. Barbara Schroeder,
Dr. Susan Eggebrecht, Dr. Natalka Fedoriw and Dr. Zachary Roth. The owners of Vision Care Ophthalmology shared the same love and commitment to staying locally owned and operated, building a practice their children could become a part of and maintaining active community involvement in the greater Fort Wayne area. January 1, 2018 their vision came to fruition with Dr. Schroeder and Dr. Fedoriw of Northeast Ophthalmology and Dr. Eggebrecht of Vision Care Associates joining their respective practices and becoming Vision Care Ophthalmology.
Since 2018 Vision Care Ophthalmology has welcomed the next generation of doctors with Dr. Schroeder's daughter, Dr. Anne Krafsig joining VCO in June 2018 and Dr. Eggebrecht's daughter, Dr. Megan Delis joining in 2021 as well as her husband, Dr. Jake Delis in August 2022. Vision Care Ophthalmology is proud to have family connections throughout our staff and continuing the traditions started by our owners.

Vision Care Ophthalmology is proud to have both Ophthalmologists, Dr. Barbara Schroeder, Dr. Natalka Fedoriw, Dr. Anne Krafsig and
Dr. Eric Purdy as well as Optometrists Dr. Susan Eggebrecht, Dr. Zach Roth, Dr. Megan Delis and Dr. Jake Delis as part of our provider team.
We are passionate about providing care to our patients through all stages of life. To ensure our patients are receiving the best and most comprehensive care our clinics are equipped with the latest technologies to ensure accurate evaluation and diagnosis.
In our continued effort to maintain the highest quality of care for our patients, Vision Care Ophthalmology is also proud to have Optical lounges at each of our clinics, staffed by our expert and certified Opticians. We have carefully selected our eyewear to evaluate for quality, functionality and durability and are proud to offer a wide selection of designer eyewear at each of our Optical Lounges.

Vision Care Ophthalmology, our team of doctors and staff have a passion for serving our community and the world beyond our city limits. Throughout the years VCO has partnered with various organizations such as Matthew 25, Cinderella Dress Day, Vision Walk for Foundation Fighting Blindness among many global mission trips to provide sight giving surgeries to remote and impoverished villages throughout the world.
Each of our clinics serves as a drop off location for your old glasses which are refurbished and given to those in need of corrective eyewear by area organizations.
